Watch them pass, shoot, and fly down the court, and you can see where the Fast Breakin’ Lakers get their name. This men’s and women's wheelchair basketball team, organized by AbilityFirst and generously-sponsored by the Los Angeles Lakers organization, competes in the Pacific Coast Conference of the NWBA (National Wheelchair Basketball Association). In 2006, they were good enough to rank third in the Western Division.
The team is always recruiting players, so if you’ve “got game” we want to hear from you!
